Phil Ivey has been labeled as the best poker competitor on the planet by quite a few of the top pros. Phil was born in Riverside, CA and relocated to Jersey before reaching turning 1. He decided to take his skills to the next level and headed out west to Las Vegas. Phil continues to compete in in "The Big Game" at the Bellagio with the best players in the world. Phil credits his achievements to hard work and an eternal love for the game of poker. Phil states that he’s learning every day and is very abashed about his accomplishments. He admits to making errors every single game of poker and constantly aspires to get better.

Despite the fact that Phil has come first in some big-time tournaments, he likes winning money games on a regular basis.
